That is what a suspense thriller movie is for and Drishyam definitely succeeded in leaving that prints on you mind. It will leave your every prediction for the next scene to be incorrect and you will not be able to predict what will be the end of this movie.

The film is about family of Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgn) who lives in Goan countryside with his wife Nandini (Shriya Saran) and two daughters (Anju (Ishita Dutta) and Anu (Mrinal)). Vijay runs a cable business and is a hardcore cinema lover who watches movie at his office for whole night.

Vijay's world is turned upside down when the only son of IG Meera Deshmukh (Tabu) goes missing and his family became the prime suspect in the case. The movie is about how he save his family from this incident, whether he will be able to save it or not?

Tabu is one of the finest actress in Bollywood and the way she has depicted the character of IG Meera Deshmukh in Drishyam is amazing, to integrate different characters in a single role, a mother whose son is missing and an IG officer at the same time is striking.

Another character who leaves a mark while watching Drishyam is Kamlesh Sawant who plays the role of a corrupt and brutal police officer Lakshimant Gaitonde, he is one of the key character of the movie. While watching Drishyam you will start hating this character by the end of the movie and thus no words are needed to describe the way Kamlesh Sawant succeeded to play this role.

Drishyam is a must watch thriller because since beginning the audience knows the truth but what keeps you stick to your seat till the last moment is how Vijay worked on each and every small evidence to hide it, will he be able to save his family from this incident or not, who in the family will be shattered first by the totalitarian, confident and smart IG officer Meera (Tabu).
